INTERNSHIP POSITION

We are H. Gallery, one of the fastest growing design galleries in the Netherlands. Specialised in exceptional design, predominantly from the 1950's - 1960's, we are active at the top end of the international design market, with clients all over the world. GALLERY ASSISTANT - INTERNSHIP

(5 - 6 months)

If you have an affinity with design and art, don't have a 9 to 5 mentality and you want to learn more about the world of international top design. Contact us !

Your tasks:

  • Client Relations: Develop your communication skills by assisting with international client inquiries across our digital platforms.

  • Global Logistics: Gain insight into high-end shipping by supporting the coordination of worldwide transport and shipping.

  • Restoration Support: Shadow our team to learn how we manage the restoration of new items, including assisting with the coordination of repairs and re-upholstery.

  • Gallery Logistics: Help us keep our storage organized and pitch in with the practical preparations for our international design fairs and events.

  • Hands-on Gallery Support: Maintain the gallery's high standards through active involvement in packing, basic repairs, and daily operations.

What wE are looking for:

Somebody who:

  • Is an energetic student currently enrolled in an HBO/WO program (in courses like Creative business at HU or similar).

  • Is fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage.

  • Is a self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks and loves taking initiative.

  • Is a team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.

  • Availability: Exactly 4 days a week for a duration of 5 months (non-negotiable).
