Small wool and oak mid-century armchair by a Danish cabinetmaker. 

This stylish chair demonstrates why mid-century Danish design is so popular to this day. With its rounded edges, cosy wool upholstery, and soft colours, this chair is ideal to blend a stroke of modernity to any space, with a nod to organic, simple artistry. The solid wood legs have beautiful patterns, while the dark colour of the oak provides a great contrast to the light upholstery. The joined back- and armrests are inviting and show that the chair was designed with the human body in mind. 

Danish Modernism has influenced Scandinavian furniture to a great degree, defined by minimalism, simplicity, and functionality.
