As is the case with its European contemporaries, this model also deserts any unnecessary ornamentation in favour of the Brutalist design philosophy, which centres around craftsmanship and functionality. The wide surfaces and the carved lines are perfect to showcase the artistry and workmanship. The design of this piece isn’t loud, it leaves the focus on the wood and the details, yet, it has a stately appearance that is exemplary of the works created by Aranjou. In good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use. The sideboard has recently been reconditioned. Due to the age and nature of the material, the item has minor scratches and dents, and may have additional marks or discolouration.
