Oak became a preferred material for many manufacturers, valued for its durability and its ability to hold crisp, angular profiles.

Within this context, this pair of armchairs was designed to balance visual clarity with everyday comfort. It displays a clearly defined wooden framework with neatly integrated upholstery. The oak structure forms an outline, with straight legs extending upward into the armrests and back supports. The geometry is precise, with sharp transitions and flat planes giving the chairs a distinctly architectural presence. The armrests project forward in a clean horizontal line, reinforcing the overall strength of the frame while also providing a functional quality. In contrast, the upholstered seat and back panels introduce softness, both visually and physically. In good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use. The chairs have recently been reconditioned. The items have visible scratches and dents. Due to the nature and age of the wood, the items may have some marks and slight discolouration. The armchairs have recently been reupholstered in a premium fabric.
