This classically stylish floor lamp is a distinctively Swedish Modern model, with immediately recognizable features. According to the Museum of Malmö, Einar Bäckström founded his workshop in 1918 for the manufacture of lighting and ornaments, and as the museum notes, “all patterns were composed by Mr. Bäckström himself”.

Made in Bäckström's workshop in Malmö, this “7402” lamp has an unmistakable Swedish mid-century look.
